Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020
Why should you care about the anniversary sale?
This sale is so annoying - I get it. Bloggers freak out over it, they buy too much, then return it all. The sale has gotten a bad rep in recent years. I stopped shopping for silly things or brands I do not trust or know. I now only buy staple pieces. I’m talking the leggings I am OBSESSED with, anything Barefoot Dreams, candles, etc. You get the idea. I do not buy dresses or anything trendy. This sale is solely for buying the staples. I have the Nordstrom credit card I got a few years back so I am able to shop the sale early (woo-hoo!). I have the credit card because I get points and $$ off my big purchases. It is definitely not needed, and last year Nordstrom made the “Nordy Club” so anyone can sign up to shop the sale early - and your spending throughout the year will decide on your “status” of how early you can shop the sale. Everyone loved my top 10 items to buy from last years sale - so I’ve made it again! It may have some of the same stuff… so if I haven’t convinced you to buy the Zella leggings, Capri Blue candle, or Barefoot Dreams blanket; the time to buy it is now.

Zella Leggings
The #1 thing to buy from the Nordstrom sale. I am obsessed with these leggings. I own EVERY color they’ve ever sold. I own 2 pairs of the black because I wear them so much (literally). They don’t fall down, and can be worn for working out or just casual wear.
True&Co Bralette
I have worked with True&Co in the past and fell in love with their bralettes. I own about 10 of them, and it’s all I wear. They are perfect under dresses, sweaters, t shirts, anything! It feels like butter, it’s so soft. Here is the strappy version if you don’t like the thick straps on this one.
Barefoot Dreams Blanket
I know I know, I am always posting this and linking it. YOU. NEED. IT. It’s the softest blanket ever, I cuddle it on the couch every night. Literally.
Supergoop! Sunscreen Set
I use my Supergoop! unseen sunscreen daily: it’s a primer and a sunscreen for me. I love all their sun protection products! This stuff is never on sale, it’s a perfect time to grab some. And don’t forget to wear your SPF year round :)
Nike Crewneck
I have a feeling this winter we will all be stuck inside ordering more loungewear again. This sweatshirt is perfect - it’s oversized, soft, comfy, cute. I love it! Here’s some matching pants if you want a whole look.
Free People Sweater
Free People never fails to make the perfect sweater. I usually end up buying a few every fall/winter. This one is cute, looks comfy, and will go with anything and everything.
NÉCESSAIRe body duo
I have actually never tried this brand, but I’ve heard so many good things and it’s famous on Instagram. Everyone posts about it - probably because it’s aesthetically pleasing, but I heard it smells amazing. I am excited to try it!!
Barefoot Dreams Cardigan
Another Barefoot Dreams item, who is surprised. This isn’t even sponsored but (omg hi I would love that). If you don’t want the blanket, at least get the cardi to be cozy in!? I have the robe + blanket, I need to add this to my collection.

These look so cozy and they are 100% going in my cart. Adding this to the list of things I need for when we are all quarantined again this winter.
Marc Fisher Booties
Every fall/winter we all buy booties and we end up wearing them SO much they are destroyed by the time May comes around. At least, this happens to me. These are so cute and come in black, white, snakeskin and this cute beige croc one (pictured).
Another short list this year, even though the sale has 1,000’s of items. I still encourage you to go through the sale pages, you never know what you may find! All of these items are 100% worth it. I didn’t add the Spanx Leather Leggings because they have been out for so many years now I think everybody in the world owns them. That is probably the only other thing from the sale you need ;)
